Delivery timing

We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 3–8 business days.

• Order handling: 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
• Carrier delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch.

The usual total estimate is 5–13 business days. Holiday volume, severe weather and carrier delays can extend that window. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels or on different days.

Postage

• $4.99 flat on orders of fewer than 3 items.
• Free on orders of 3 items or more.

Postage is shown separately before payment rather than hidden in the product price.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves the facility, and appears on your order page. Tracking can take a day to start updating after it is issued — the carrier scans it when the parcel reaches them, not when the label is printed.
