Returns

30 days

We accept buyer's-remorse returns as well as returns for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Email support@sustainliberties.com or call 707-806-4069 with your order number.

We pay return postage. You should not be out of pocket for sending back something you did not want to keep.

Returns go back by mail and we send you the label — there is no restocking fee and nothing to pay. Once a refund is approved it reaches your original payment method within 10 days, which is the bank's timetable rather than ours.

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered

Send a photograph with your order number and we will replace it or refund it — your choice, and you do not need to send the original back. A misprint is our mistake to absorb, not a problem for you to package up.

Please tell us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Before sending anything back

Contact us first so we can match the parcel to your order and send the correct prepaid return label. For a standard return, keep the item until we confirm the return instructions. For a damaged or incorrect item, we may ask for photographs instead of asking you to mail it back.

If you bought on a marketplace

Orders placed on Amazon, Etsy or eBay are returned through that marketplace, under its policy and its buyer protection. Start there and it will reach us. Where a marketplace's policy is more generous than this page, the marketplace's applies.
