What we collect
To send you something we need somewhere to send it. That means your name, delivery address, and email address. We also keep what you ordered and what you paid.
We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; card details go to them and not to us, and we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits.
Who else touches it
- Stripe — processes payment. Receives your card details and billing address directly.
- Fulfillment and delivery partners — prepare and deliver your order. They receive the name, delivery address and order details needed to send the parcel.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores order records.
- Amazon, Etsy or eBay — only if you bought there. In that case the marketplace is where your details came from and its privacy policy also applies.
- Google — measures visits and completed purchases when our Google Ads conversion tag is active. Google may receive limited browser, device and page-event data and may use cookies or similar identifiers under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data or add buyers to a marketing list. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the store and secure checkout will still be available, though conversion measurement may be less accurate.
We email you about your order — confirmation, dispatch, tracking. We do not add you to a marketing list for buying something.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than needed after that.
Your rights
Email support@sustainliberties.com or call 707-806-4069 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion cannot extend to records we are legally required to retain, such as completed sales, and we will say so plainly if that applies.
